     通讯子系统

 数据收集代理（DCAs）支持电话、数据交换和网元的数据收集，数据发送代理支持众多下端应用的数据发送。这两种适配器是即插即用的模块，用户只需要在特定的时间购买。如果今后用户需要某些功能，则只需购买相应功能的模块即可，这样减少了用户的开销，为今后的扩展提供灵活、稳定、可靠的解决办法。 

   核心子系统

 用于仲裁和把网络数据翻译成标准的RDBMS和FLAT文件格式。该子系统由以下几部分组成：

  • 通用神经元中心
  • 映射/翻译规则
  • 数据字典
  • OAM 服务

         内部网元代理

    是OCS BMP的一种扩展。也是嵌入到NE内的简易软件包。BMP为下端应用获取信息并产生AMA数据，这一功能可使NE供应商将其产品无逢地插到传统的BILLING 模块上，并使其产品对服务供应商更具吸引力。
